Summer TechSploration

Our summer course, TechSploration, has officially begun.  We met to review our online classroom through Moodle, and the topics we will be covering: Common Core and Tech, Social Media, Web 2.0, and Google Apps.  Our group of 14 is going to be spending some time this summer learning how to use social media tools in their classroom, web 2.0 tools that are fun, and easy to use with students of all ages, ways to connect with educators and resources, and how to use the best apps from our Google Apps for Education Domain.

Stay tuned to this blog this summer for updates from our class about what they are learning, their successes and their frustrations.  I am so proud of all of them for committing to trying some new tech over the summer!
